this is the story of a Biochemist who was very interested in dragons physiology so he decided to develope a serum to inject dragon DNA into a specimen and transorm that specimen into a dragon....
The Serum was a succes on small mamals suck as monkeys and other primal species. When at last it was time for a human experiment the government jumped in and told him not to ever touch lab equipment again.
But to the governments dismay the man had kept a vile of his Chemical in his basement just in case one day he would tracend into a sentient being unto the heavens themself.
After 10 months the man lost everything in a lawsuit when he tried kidnapping a 9 year old girl to test his chemical.... still untested he got desperate and did the unthinkable...he perposfully injected himself with the now called Chemical "D" (wich isnt much of a suprise.....) After injecting himself with Chemical D he felt nothing.....and after all he had worked his dream was still nothing more than....a dream.

History: Seth was a doctor from WSU. After getting two doctorits he chased his passion for biology and chemistry. His family never had much money so he belived if he made a technological breakthrough he could give his family the best life ever. After being turned down from every company under the government he dicided to go underground hoping that one of the other many wanting minds would help....

Personality: Generally easy going, belives it can't get much worse so it must get better. Can be a bit touchy sometimes if incessantly annoyed. Longish temper bit if he loses it he goes completley nuts.
Appearance: Human shape and form. About 6`2`` with a mass of unkempt black hair on his head and his legs, hair is usually dampwith two small spikes protruding from the middle to the left and right. Spines running down his back and nails that grow almost uncontrollably fast and might as well be claws. Teeth have elongated somewhat. Yellowish pallour to his skin. Wild grey eyes. wears blue jeans.
Abilities:
Rage: can drive himself completley over the edge but needs to be a bit angry al ready and it leaves him shattered.
Mutate: He can caues his teeth, nails and horns to grow and he bends over more becoming almost demonlike in appearence.
History: was experimented on and lost his memory completley and woke up in the sewers where he has roamed ever since.
