aye, i took a little holiday from the 'net, came back and...my email is screwed, i forgot my password and i have a premonition that i'll have a load of gossip to catch up on.

how can i reset my password...? With a different email address....?

thats what I did. course, my password is the same for every online thing ever, so I nevver forget it.

Did you not do this before? I think you had help with it. Check with Tempest he can help re-open your account.

Restoring an account is something excessively easy to do, so it is preferable to not re-register. There is also a thread in the moderators and admin forum dedicated to this kind of problem (just so everyone knows).

All you need to do is to provide me with a new email address and I will send you a new password (after having made a few check, of course).
You can type your new address like this New-address [at] server [dot] com to prevent spammers from harvesting it

Lastly, if anyone have noticed the board now allow guest users to post in the general forum for some time; I have modified the board captcha and it seems to be 100% efficient against spammers (yeah me!).
