on this topic the camp is split. one side, against them totally, the other for them, and then those, like me, who are ok with them as long as they don't take up the entire board and have a physical limit to them.

what say you?

yes, I agree! but, you've also got to figure that the sigs are kinda annoying in a roll play, and sometimes people forget to disarm their sigs so to speak! I for one would love it if it atomaticly disabled itself as soon as you enter into the roll play threads.

As I have said before, Pandora, Tempest is working on that, he just has other more important things to deal with first.

Personally I don't mind signitures, expecially if they are kept small and are only text. I have seen worse than those here, but this mostly comes from restrictions that go with them on these boards.

The only exception is the RPG forum, where they really dont belong. It breaks up the story and looks messy. :-P

Don't get so defensive Serenity. it was only a suggestion, and we all know that Tempest has much on his hands. just keeping a website alive is a tough task.

In my experience in the EZboard account, having signatures in the RP forum didn't break up the story. you quickly learn to ignore them.

Lol, that’s monotony, Fyre, not defensiveness. Besides, I’ve just been informed that he doesn’t think there is an option for that so we might just have to take the time to disable them every time, which I agree is annoying.

And Malchios is just angsty because he's had it served from me (and Tourniquet and Tempest) more than once in the last few days for not thinking before he acts. Maybe when he figures out how to do that, he’ll realize what nice people we all really are.

Besides, I'm not in any way going to waste my time on a newbie who is foolish enough to anger me more than once when I can just exclude them from my threads and therefore not have to deal with them. So you can put the popcorn away Fyre, I’m not going to deep-fry the poor newbie…lol! He’s just going to miss out.

Btw Scott: I didn’t think I voted, unless it votes for you automatically. As I said, I don’t really mind signatures as long as they aren’t in the RPG. (Lol, as you can see, I have one myself....)

Well at DNDOG having a lot of games going on at once a number of the DMs ask the players to take the sig off the in-game post. And with a easy little thing to click to not post it this should be the least of the worries.

(note: I will post this without mine)

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say that signatures should be banned or anything like that. Not sure when you did (NOTE: this is not me getting angry). The RP forum doesn't count. I just hate it when they are long and/or stupid.

Lol, you'd be suprised at what a hassle people can give you for asking them to do a little thing, vampire hunter. :-P

What trouble! Machios! what did you do this time!!!!!!! sorry guys, I hope he didn't cause to much trouble! I think he's worser to deal with than Icarus is! No offence Machios, but you have been getting in quite a bit of trouble! Maybe you should cool it for a while.
