Plus, even if they were, the ocean is still a big place, and they mould make a boat that is relative to themselves...

Don't humans have those things, ohh, what are they called, oh yeah, airplanes???

And if I'm not mistaken, they make boats, and as far as I can tell, use hammers...

And not all dragons can fly without being aided by technology...
