But the Wii is revolutionary!! It broke away from the arms race to make a better and more reliable gaming experiance to all modes of gamers! Even Non-gamers!

PS3 simply because of the remake of FF7 that is coming out on it. I have seen the technical demo and trust me it looks amazing.

Yeah, the PS3 does have Final Fantasy, though none of them have any character development anymore, the first ones were actually better... On the other hand, they do look great... But Nintendo is an origional, and always seems to keep a fresh twist on things, with new ways to play and have fun, no matter what the skill level...

I have a PS3, because I live in Japan. Genji is a good game for it.
the ff7 tech demo was just that, a demo to show off PS3 capabilities, there's no confirmation or even hints that they will re make it. it would be awesome if they did, but i can't see it happening.

Since the Xbox 360 is getting the new Phantasy Star Universe I think I'm swaying more towards it away from PS3. I'm wondering why you didn't mention PCs in the polls.. but it certainly is a tough choice with those next gen consoles.

...There's a third playstation?
I don't really have enough time to play games. (That's not quite true, but I'd usually rather being playing a game on the computer.) Or have enough money to continuously update them when a new thing comes out.

Haven't really had the time to play games a lot but I was always into gameboy, gamecube and nintendo 64. I'm a classic gamer. I can play Tetris for hours on end. DAMN, I crumbled the wall again!!! Game over. and I only had 289 lines completed. Damn all those blocks! Must play again, must play!!! Tetris is hypnotizing I swear. Must play!

Nintendo Wii all the way. It may not have as great graphics, but it has greater gameplay.

I have a friend mark who uses nitendo. i asked him why, and he gave some techno ramble along the lines of it-works-better-with-different-games-and-tvs.

Yep, motion sensitivity is truely the future of gaming, I dunno about wireless though... I'm afraid that one day they will tap into the frequency our brains work on, and there you go..... instant zombie/soldure/pawn/killer thing.

Sh@# good point Jishdefish. The U.S. Army already has made a few video games to push their propaganda and to help them recruit. Often advertized in the PC Gamer magazine and several other magazines..tons of ads to join the army. Anyway, the last thing I wanted to add is that with the newer Unmanned Aerial Combat Vehicles (which can be operated from a cubicle now to bomb around the globe); who better to use than avid gamers who love to mash buttons?
Anyway, just a thought.
I really wouldn't be surprised if the gov't has been using subliminal messages on the television. Haha I know I sound like Roddy Rowdy Piper in the movie "They Live" but I'd rather say something about it and be wrong than help these assholes.

Silly Sony users need NUMBERS to know which system they're on.
And the 360 isn't even round....

Hey... the numbers in Sony systems represent a sort of leveling up. While the Xbox 360... I dunno... I haven't thought of an explanation for that one yet (then again there might not be one).
360

Microsoft is giving amazing options with their online interface (and remember when Dreamcast had a freakin' web browser? Way ahead of its time). PS3 came out late - after 360 has ironed out the kinks - but I know PS3 will eventually turn out to be awesome too. I'm sure Nintendo users will love their Mario 999 or whatever but now that Phantasy Star has moved away from Nintendo who cares Lol.
