The board has been updated to v2.0.23

This update addresses several bugfixes and some security issues.

* [Fix] Correctly display censored words in admin panel (Bug #12271)
* [Fix] Do not allow soft hyphen \xAD in usernames (reported by Bander00)
* [Fix] Fixed the group permission system's use of array access

I don't feel like being an "early adopter" of a new program. I know that phpBB 3.0 is out of beta, but it's still something brand new and the program is not as mature as phpBB v2.0. For example, many modifications (such as the captcha) done on this board would have to be recoded from scratch on the other board. Moreover, I'm not sure if the new features would be worth all the potential problems of a transition to the new board. I will eventually make the switch (phpBB v2.0 will enter its EoL in the near future) but not at this time.

Though, I'm already testing the new version of phpBB and people wishing to test this version can do it here:

Note: If you wish to provide some feedbacks, do it on this board, as the test board isn't moderated and I will probably not check it very often. I may even reset the database if I mess up with the code too badly or if I need to test a few other things.

Hi all,

the board version has been updated.

It always gives me some adrenaline and increased heart beating.

Mchat, view unread posts, registration page seems to work.

So far, so good
