Do some dragons have hair/manes? Mostly speaking the sea dragons?

i have seen it depicted that some dragons have hair but other than artwork i do not think that any dragons have hair

Same here. I've seen it in art, but hair on a reptile makes no sense.

Well we have no proof a dragon is a reptile Falconer but I must admit they are close in some ways yet very different in many other ways. (Possibly something else that we don't know of yet)

I personally doubt dragons would have hair, but stranger discovers have been made.

I would not say hair. Some may have a light fur like growth on their skin. Maybe a byproduct of scales or something like that.
