Okay, so I took way too much on in my first college semester, felt overwhelmed and withdrew from my activities on the Role Playing section last year, and basically retired from the site for the time being.
Well, I'm not taking nearly as much on now, and have free time again! (Yay!) So, here I am, back and ready for action and misadventure!

Hello there. I'm not sure if you know me, but I'm raptor(formerly known as "aquadrac.")
Nice to meet you

*Inspects Raptor* Nope, can't say that I have met you before, so glad to make your acquaintance, sir.

Yeah, I'm a roleplay fan. I'm not so good at forming my own, with maintaining the plot and such, but I have been getting better at it. Developing a single character as events play out is so much easier.
Sorry for the gender mixup.
No problem, Drak, I was just a little confused, wondering if it was a reference to a character I'd made a while ago.

Don't feel bad. That's why I change. I am a guy.
I wasn't thinking when I the name "aquadraca."

Wait... Wha? So, Drak was wrong, and you're a guy?
I'm confused.

I wanted a name that was connected to water, but I made a mistake and put "a" in the name "Draco." "Aquadraca" was the best I could come up with. Everyone's been calling me a girl and I didn't want to correct them so I went along. That's why I changed my name.
And Drakel, what are you he or she? What say you?

Ah, I see.
Sneaky.
Of the male orientation here as well.
Well, I'm just going to stray away from that off-topic topic. So, yeah, can I get some info on what is going on in the RP-world? Like which ones are active and not about to close?

Why do I have to be unisex? Why can't I be both? I play both male and female characters in the roleplay?
Sorry, Jishdelfish, I didn't mean to steal your thunder. I just thought now would be a good time to something. That's why I didn't correct you.

that and posts like this that make it EVEN harder for us to tell what sex you are.
raptor wrote:Yes,it does matter. It's a woman thing. I don't expect you to understand it.
But that's one of the things females like to do.

What? A guy can't be in touch with his feminine side?
I base my female characters on my cousins and girlfriend.
They love shopping and all that girly stuff. I decided to try something differnet, because I mostly write about males.

I play both male and female characters as well, so I don't have a problem with it. They're just characters after all. I think the issue was just confusion about the person behind the character. It's none of our business really, I just corrected myself to stay off of tender toes.

EX..... well.... it's still on but ppl stopped posting (for now)
There is a school RP that Ciarda made (you know her because she's old board)
ward has a space RP that I think you might be able to join if you ask him
that's pretty much it other than the many failed attempts I made to create a decent looking RP.(was close on one but in the end it was a frailer)
oh and BTW a few old boarder's and new bloods are on, so the site is always alive.

Hey, as the king said :"It aint' nothing but a thing." Don't sweat it.
That's why I got name, so now their shouldn't be anymore confusion.
I'm actual glad you said, now everybody knows.

I'm starting to think about starting a little semi-serious coliseum roleplay. Just to get back into the swing of things.

You should go for it.
You'll never know until you try.

Pity, that statement is only half true. Especially for RP’s. I tried 4-6 times to create an RP, each I failed in. you need trust to create an RP and seeing that he isn’t a newer member it means he has exactly that trust.
you'll do perfectly fine Jish. every one knows you so creating an RP should be easy, and I have faith that you’ll be able to keep it in line without a prob. Soo…yah, you should do perfectly well on both creating and keeping an RP jish.
