Ok, so, I'm just gonna say that I'm so proud of my boyfriend! For those of you who missed the thread a few months ago, that would be Ex up here^^ He won a writing contest and I'm SO proud of him! *grins from ear to ear*

*whistles and waves in a flatbed truck with not one, but TWO pools, one of Mountain Dew and the other Code Red. Simulataneously, a dump truck backs in and dumps a pi;le of every candy imaginable into a heap in front of a chocolate fountain*

Yeah Buddy... I can die happy now.

I will compete for state soon... If I win that, I go to nationals.

And if you don't win....let's just say that I will make more than your arm hurt. Psychology teacher hurt you baaaaaad.

I'm currently entered into the Nerd Olympics (Science Olympiad) with a robot...

It has to...

~Fit inside of a 1 foot cube
~pop 3 balloons inside that cube after robot is removed from it
~put a C.D. (lying flat) in the cube
~put 9 corks inside of said cube
~put 2 ping pong balls and a golf ball in cube
~do it all in under 5 minutes...

The only part of the box that is open is the top...I compete Saturday...

i'm competing science olympiad too and my team is going to state in a few weeks.....i doing bottle rockets, sounds of music, rocks and minerals, and wheeled vehicle(which i have yet to make)

It seems like everyone is surpassing in some contest or another, so perhaps my achievement was not as post worthy as my lover declared hehe.

Oh yeah, I competed in the Nerd Olympics (Science Olympiad), and got third. Go me. The two that passed us in points had theirs for over two years, and got lucky. Our robot was made of 10% precperation, 10% hard work, and 80% duck tape...

I got a medal, and my team (Team B) definitly had the funniest one...

The arm sort'a fell off...

But I had a good time...And I got to eat Chinese food, which I currently regret...

ours isnt due til the day of teh competition(march 31)so we stil have some time but we want to get it done in plenty of time so we dont have to worry about it.

Our school got disqualified for the wwheeled conest because we had a flimsy egg holder...

If you want to NOT get disqualified in that event, DON'T make a flimsy egg holder...

I shall make a flimsy golf ball holder instead.
