I'll agree with you that nothing is impossible...
Indeed, there are spots in the universe that the laws of physics don't apply. These spots are called black holes, and any and all matter that enters it is crushed to an infinitely small structure. However, there are theories that time travel is possible with these, along withg *sigh* traveling to parallel universes...
However, both of these things can only be possible if the blackhole doesn't contain a singularity, or is a rotational black hole...
So yes, everything is possible. However, it is highly unlikely that these events will occur. However, if the universe is an infinitely large space like some people think, then statistically, it is impossible for anything NOT to exist in the universe, because infinity (the area of the universe) divided by any number (amount of given variable, in this case, creatures without mitochondria) is infinity, which are the odds that the object/ creature/ place/ ect. exists...
However, the universe cannot be infinitly large, and it would be foolish to think so...

of couse its not infinitely large while we r expanding there is a force that is pushing us out at a continuously faster speed to make room for the new universe that will be created.
in science io did a report on black holes and how u could travel through one only of it is a non-rotational black hole that is connected with a white hole or esle u would never survive the trip. every black hole is connected to a white hole it just depends on the type of black hole to se if u will see where the white hole takes u or not. it was really a fun report/projest to do

I thought that white holes were purely theoretical. (For those of you who don't know, white holes are the holes that enter other universes/ times from one of our black holes)...
And yes, I've heard that it is theoretically possible to enter a non-rotational black hole and live. However, the black hole would be nonrotational only if it was a primordial black hole, or if it didn't have a singularity, because black holes with singularities have to rotate...

Maybe a white hole is a sun and the sun is actualy nuclearly fueled by the matter that the black hole sucks up....

A black hole IS a sun, that becomes so massive, that the gravity of it becomes greater than what its light can escape. Black holes are also nucleur powered, as we see by the nucleur matter that escapes out of it, known as Hawking Particles...

I know that but when it becomes a black hole it creates a sun in anouther dimension and they fuel each other in a symbiotic relationship the black hole with the matter and the sun with its heat.

Keep in mind, niño de los dragones, that all of this is purely theoretical...
However, after reading over your information Jishdefish, it wouldn't be probable for a living organism to enter a black hole and come out a sun in another time/ universe/ whatever, and live to tell the tale...

That's another theory...
Instead of being sent hurdling into a far away star, there are theoretical "white holes" that are like black holes, but instead of suck things in, it spits them out...

Well, If you were to get sucked into a black hole that has no singularity, the odds of you landing somewhere/ somewhen with a sustainable atmosphere are so statistically insignifigant that you may as well be hurdled into a Sun, rather than die in The Void(tm)...

A black hole requires singularity to be a black hole. pulsars are basically giant hollow shotputs with plasma inside, quasars are a black hole which rotates and attracts a disk of dust or matter, i.e from another star, and white holes cannot exist because: the same amount of gravity= the same amount of light sucked in. A white dwarf is heavy, but not nearly as heavy as a black hole.

Yes Chalgrish, every black hole we've seen have singulartities in the center, although there are the ones that are purely theoretical at this point, that are said to have no singularity. These are called (remember, this is all theory) primordial black holes, and are said to have been formed during the big bang...
The white holes are supposed to only exist in "other universes", and don't really have a form like black holes, but are just places in space where matter is ejected...
And yes, white holes are heavy, but not as heavy as black holes. However, if there really are black holes without singularities, then they wouldn't have the weight of that of black holes with singularities...

When dealing with black holes, the singularity is the thing that creates the black hole...
It is the star that collapsed on itself, and has such a high gravity, that it sucks light in, which is how black holes are formed...

It's a mathematician's point. Imagine something that is smaller than a molecule, an atom, even a gluon. A singularity is infinitely small, and infinitely dense. However, this discussion is off-topic.

The star doesn't cease to exist, it just condenses on itself...
Picture a star (for the sake of conversation) the size of our sun. It will take a star about ten times larger for this to occur, but this will put it into perspective...
Imagine one day our sun gets so dense in the center, that it pulls the outsides in. This is called a dwarf star.
Now imagine it goes even farther, where the star condenses to an object about ten miles around. This object has such a large density, that if you were to drop a feather, it would slam into this object like a sack of bricks slams into a sidewalk after being dropped from a skyscrapper...
Now, I'm sure that you know light has a defined speed. Because it has a defined speed, it has mass. Because it has mass, it can be pulled into a gravitational field. If a white dwarf were to get denser, it would have such a strong gravitational field, that it would pull light, and therefore, everything else to its surface...
PLEASE, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, SOMEONE TAKE THE STEPHEN HAWKING BOOKS AWAY FROM ME!!!
